second-brain is a private personal assistant operated by Henrique Teixeira for his own use. It is not offered to other users.

Data the app accesses

Only when the owner authorizes it with his own Google accounts, second-brain may access: Gmail messages, Google Calendar events, Google Drive files, and Google Meet recordings and transcripts.

How the data is used

The data is used solely to provide the assistant's features to the owner: summarizing meetings, filing notes and summaries, drafting and sending email, and managing calendar events at the owner's request.

Storage and sharing

• Data is processed and stored on the owner's own private server and private repositories.
• Data is not sold, not shared with third parties for advertising, and not used for any purpose other than the features above.
• Content may be processed by AI model providers solely to perform the owner's requested tasks.

Google API Services

second-brain's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
